(36/42) Stuffed Pizza Balls
I had leftover pizza dough from two days earlier, but instead of boring this bread project with another delicious pizza, I decided I’d roll the dough up into little balls and stuff them with mozz and turkey bacon. It came out really pretty, BUT it tasted a little beer-y. I’m sure it’s because I left it in the fridge for two days. I should have stuck it in the freezer instead to keep the yeast from over-fermenting, which it did, so it smelled and tasted beer-y. The roomies insist that they were good, but I couldn’t eat it. Haha.
I do want to remake this, but it would probably be better with fresh, non-whole wheat dough. Also, more delicious stuffing!
