Pull-Apart Cheesy Herb Bread
I was in a kneading mood yesterday, and we had a lot of cheese left over from Oscars pizza night, so this baby was born.

The dough was wondrous. I was so happy that it rose so beautifully, even though it was cold, and when I was punching it down to divide and shape it, I could see and feel the air pockets that had formed inside. “This yeast is so alive!” I made my roommates slice into the dough to feel it, and I think Tina said it best with, “Wow! I would sleep on that!”

Setting up the loaf was like making empanadas.
