(28/42) No-Knead Whole Wheat(-ish) Bread

I made this bread before, but I ended up disliking it quite a bit, mostly because I put waaay too much salt. I decided to give it another go, except I ran out of whole wheat flour, so this has only about half a cup of it. Maybe that’s why it turned about better, haha. Actually, I think it didn’t cook very well before because I used a loaf pan, which didn’t give enough room for the dough’s oven spring.

Anyway, I just want to say that the crust was so, so crisp that as I was biting into it, I seriously thought of lechon. Mmm.
